We do the job right the first time. It is for this reason that we are a highly sought after concrete contracting company for both residential and commercial projects. While we have the expertise to take on nearly any type of concrete project, some of our most common services include the installation of structural concrete, driveways, sidewalks, retaining walls, outdoor fireplaces/fire pits, and hardscapes for patios, pool decks, and outdoor living spaces. We can also assist customers with projects involving concrete demolition and repair.
Excavation
We’re experts at getting residential lots and commercial worksites properly cleared out and ready for the project.
Site Preparation
During the site preparation phase, we carefully measure and mark the shape of the concrete slab, level it using a laser device, and add any needed base level.
Compaction & Form Setting
It’s now time to compact the ground, meticulously set the form boards, and use any required wire mesh or rebar as reinforcement.
Installation
We make pouring and installation a seamless experience for our customer. We also timely create any needed expansion joints to ensure a smooth delivery.

Absolutely. We are licensed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Our R-9 Residential License number is 191463, and our C-9 Commercial License number is 191462.
Garza Concrete was established in 2003, and our owner, Joe Garza, received his residential and commercial contractor’s license in 2003 as well.
Aside from having a bond on file with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, we also carry liability insurance and worker’s compensation insurance. We will provide you with an up-to-date Certificate of Insurance Coverage from our carrier prior to commencing your project.
Unlike most concrete contractors who will ask that you pay half of your project costs before starting work, we typically do not require any payment from our customer until the project is completed.
The time that it will take to start and complete your project depends on numerous factors, including the size and scope of your project, weather conditions, material availability, and our scheduling. We do strive to adapt to our customer’s needs and schedule as well, so please be sure to discuss your timing preferences with us!
While we cannot guarantee that your concrete will not crack, we do provide a standard one-year warranty against workmanship defects.
We can help customers with concrete repair, but depending on the extent of the damage, demolition and replacement may make better sense. For a complimentary assessment of your repair project, please reach out to us.
